The weekly loop

1. Watch. The agent reads your Google Ads and Meta results, your Google listing (reviews, views, calls, directions), what people are searching for near you, the UAE calendar, competitor offers, and the delivery and sales reports you upload.
2. Check the numbers first. Before any number is used: does it add up, is it one thing or three added together, do the sources agree? A number that fails a check holds the ticket back.
3. Call. Up to three tickets: what it spotted, the change it proposes, what to expect and what it costs.
4. You decide. Fire it or send it back, with a reason. Sent-back ideas do not return without new evidence.
5. Act. Approved changes go live on Google Ads, Meta or your Google listing.
6. Check. The next Monday, each fired ticket says what happened in plain words, or that it is too early to tell.

Your ten minutes a week

• Upload your delivery app reports and item sales.
• Fire or send back the week's tickets, on your phone or laptop.
• If a file is missing, the report says so. It never guesses.

What it connects to

• Google Ads: reads results; applies approved keyword, schedule and budget changes.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): reads results; applies approved changes to boosts and ads.
• Google Business Profile: reads reviews and performance; publishes approved posts, replies and holiday hours.
• Your uploads: talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta and Noon reports, and your till's item sales.

During the founding pilot, some of these steps are done by hand while the connections are built.

What it never does

• Change anything without your approval.
• Match a competitor's discount on its own.
• Spend beyond the budget you set.
• Sell or share your data.
