  1. This website. Information on this site is general and may change. The tickets and log on this site describe Wentworth's own website only.
  2. The pilot. The founding pilot is free and is being built with the businesses taking part. Features may change during the pilot, and either side can end it at any time.
  3. Your accounts. You confirm you are allowed to connect the accounts you connect. You remain the owner of your accounts and your data.
  4. Your approval. Changes are made only when you approve them, and you are responsible for the changes you approve. Advertising costs are charged by Google, Meta or the delivery apps to your own accounts, within the budgets you set.
  5. No guarantee. We work to improve your results, but we cannot guarantee rankings, orders or sales.
  6. Our work. The Service, its software and its report format belong to Wentworth Marketing. Your data and your content stay yours.
  7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
  8. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
